"Pretty decent for the price"
The value is okay overall. I mean, it does what I expected, and for the price I can’t really complain too much. I’ve definitely seen better, but also worse, so it kind of lands somewhere in the middle for me. I guess if you’re not expecting anything fancy, it’s fine

"Fits better than I expected, thankfully"
I was bracing myself for it to be awkward or way too big like everything else seems to be lately, but it actually fits our small den just fine. Good size and no annoying rearranging drama needed.

"Pretty easy to put together"
I ordered this from Carrom and, at least in my experience, the assembly was way easier than I expected. All the parts were there, the instructions were clear enough, and I never felt like I was stuck trying to figure out what went where.
I took my time and it probably took around 30–40 minutes total. Everything lined up well and felt sturdy once it was finished, which I really appreciated. For me, it was just nice to have something go together without turning into a whole project.

"I ended up having to send…"
I ended up having to send my order back for reasons I won’t get into, but it was painless. They got back to me quickly, and the refund showed up a few days later. Not sure if it’s always that smooth, but in my case there wasn’t any hassle.

"Easy order, no hassle"
I ordered from carrom.com the other day while I was just sitting at my kitchen table with coffee, and it was simple. The site was easy to figure out, checkout went through without any weird steps, and I got the confirmation email right away. I didn’t run into any issues at all, so overall I’m happy with the experience.

"Support Was a Letdown"
I reached out to support twice and never really got a clear answer. Maybe it was just my experience, but if this is how they usually handle issues, I wouldn’t want to deal with it again. Frustrating and not worth the hassle.

"Feels safe enough, I guess"
I do like that the site has the basic safety checks and secure payment options in place. It does make me feel okay using it, even if I’m not totally thrilled with how hard the privacy info is to find. I wish that part was more obvious, but overall it seems good enough.

"Pretty good for most ages, I think"
My kids have been using carrom.com and it seems age-friendly overall. I’d say most of it is easy enough for them to figure out, though there are a few spots where they still need an adult to help. Not perfect, but generally it’s been fine for us.

"Family night felt a bit frustrating"
I was hoping this would be a fun pick for family night, but it didn’t really land for us. It started to feel like I was begging everyone to stay interested, which made me a little resentful instead of relaxed. Not the experience I was hoping for...

"The site feels a bit outdated"
I mean, the website works fine, but... it just feels old-fashioned. The colors and layout don’t really look modern, and it’s kind of messy in places, so browsing it wasn’t as nice as it could’ve been.

"Decent product, instructions could be better"
I ordered from carrom.com and overall the product itself is solid. No real complaints there. The setup instructions, though, were kind of confusing. A few steps felt like they were missing, and the pictures didn’t really clear things up. I ended up guessing on a couple parts and checking online to make sure I was doing it right. It all worked out in the end, but for the price I was hoping the setup would be a little smoother.

"Fun game, but the rules slowed me down"
I wanted to like this right away because the game looks really fun, parts of it are. But learning the rules took way longer than I expected. I kept having to stop and check little things, which got annoying fast. At the same time, I can see how it would probably get smoother after a few plays, so I’m kind of torn on it.

"Decent Item, Rough Packaging"
The item itself was fine and pretty much what I expected, but the packaging showed up crushed. Luckily, the product still seemed okay, so not a huge deal, but the shipping definitely could’ve been handled better.

"Been using Carrom for years"
I’ve known Carrom for a long time, so ordering from carrom.com felt like a safe bet. I’m usually skeptical of customer service and don’t like having to chase companies if something goes wrong, but thankfully everything went smoothly. The board showed up as expected, the ordering process was easy, and it was nice buying from a brand I already trust.

I tried it mostly for the nostalgia, and it did bring back a lot of old memories. The site feels a bit dated at first, though, actually, after a while that kind of added to the whole throwback vibe. It’s not perfect, but it was still fun to poke around.

"Felt More Frustrating Than Fun"
I really wanted to like carrom.com, but the gameplay just didn’t click for me. Compared to other online carrom games I’ve tried, the shots here don’t feel as smooth or predictable. Sometimes the pieces move in ways that don’t make much sense, so it ends up feeling more random than skill-based. I also had some lag during matches, which made it even harder to enjoy. After a few games, I just closed it and didn’t feel like coming back.

"I ordered from carrom and was expecting…"
I ordered from Carrom and was expecting the usual waiting game, but it ended up being way smoother than I thought. The tracking came through quickly, and the package actually kept moving instead of just sitting somewhere for days. When the box showed up, it was in good shape too, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was just one of those orders that shows up without any drama or weird delays, and I definitely appreciate that.

So the board showed up and I was excited to try it out, but then I opened everything and the accessory pack wasn’t complete. Like, the striker was missing and some of the carrom men weren’t there either, so we literally couldn’t even play a game. I contacted support and waited, but it just dragged on too long, and I got tired of it and bought the missing pieces somewhere else. For the price, that was frustrating.

I went in looking for a few specific things, but couldn’t find like half of them in stock. Kind of frustrating because I expected them to have the basics, but a lot of shelves were just Empty or missing what I needed

"Chipped way too soon"
I don’t know why, but these started chipping after just a few games. I wasn’t doing anything unusual with them, so it was disappointing to see pieces wearing down that quickly
